Sound Horizon (atau biasanya disebut Sanhora oleh para penggemarnya) adalah grup musik Jepang yg berbeda dari kebanyakan grup musik Jepang lainnya. Dikatakan berbeda karena lagu-lagu yg dibuat komposer sekaligus pemimpin grup musik yang mengusung tema fantasi ini selalu mempunyai alur cerita tersendiri di setiap albumnya . Jadi, tidak heran bila pada lagunya terdengar narasi, dialog, sound effect, dan lain-lain. Cover album nya pun juga unik dimana album tersebut tidak menampilkan para anggota Sound Horizon melainkan ilustrasi tentang tema cerita yang ada di album tersebut yg dilustrasikan oleh yokonyan .
